Job Responsibilities and Expectations
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for multiple providers
- Respond to inquiries on cosmetic procedures and medical spa treatments
- Display superior client service skills
- Interact with patients in a friendly, outgoing and confident manner
- Actively build and maintain relationships with new and existing patients and providers through face-to-face, written and phone communication
- Master knowledge of medical grade skincare products and treatments
- Confirm next-day appointments and alert interactions and recommendations
- Maintain front of house organization
- Open and close facility to standard
Requirements
- Previous retail or spa experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a client-first environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- High level of initiative
- Polished and professional appearance
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends
